The Website is owned and operated by Audio Box Ltd., a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, VAT No. BG204850382, registered address: 12 Iliyantsi Blvd., 1220 Sofia, Bulgaria.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Website and the commercial enquiries, quotations and subsequent purchases of ECOBOX products.

By using the Website or submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Website

ECOBOX.zone presents ECOBOX products, including loudspeakers, audio electronics, acoustic panels, acoustic booths and related solutions.

The Website is not an online store and does not provide direct checkout or online payment facilities.

Submitting an enquiry through the Website does not constitute an order and does not create a binding sales contract.

A purchase is concluded only after ECOBOX provides a specific quotation or order confirmation and the customer accepts the applicable commercial terms.

3. Product Information

ECOBOX makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, images and other information published on the Website are accurate.

Minor differences may occur due to product development, manufacturing processes, materials, screen representation, photography or custom configuration.

ECOBOX reserves the right to update product specifications, finishes, materials and configurations where reasonably necessary, without materially reducing the functionality or quality of an already confirmed order.

4. Prices

Prices shown on the Website are stated in euros unless otherwise indicated.

Where a price is marked “from”, it represents the price of the relevant standard or basic configuration described on the Website.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, published prices:

• exclude VAT;

• exclude delivery;

• exclude installation where applicable;

• exclude optional customisation, branding or special finishes.

The final price applicable to a purchase is specified in the individual quotation issued by ECOBOX.

For project quantities, custom configurations or special requirements, individual pricing may apply.

5. Enquiries and Quotations

Customers may submit an enquiry through the Website or contact ECOBOX directly.

An enquiry may include information such as product type, quantity, delivery country, company details and project requirements.

Following an enquiry, ECOBOX may issue an individual quotation specifying, where applicable:

• product and configuration;

• quantity;

• price;

• VAT;

• payment terms;

• estimated production time;

• delivery terms and costs;

• validity period of the quotation;

• specific customisation or project conditions.

Where the terms of an individual quotation differ from these general Terms and Conditions, the terms of the accepted individual quotation shall prevail.

6. Formation of Contract

A binding sales contract is created only when the customer accepts ECOBOX's quotation or order confirmation in the manner specified in that quotation.

ECOBOX may require advance payment, deposit or other payment arrangements before production begins.

The applicable payment schedule and payment method are specified in the individual quotation.

7. Production Time

The standard estimated production time for ECOBOX products is approximately four weeks, unless otherwise specified in the individual quotation.

Production time begins after fulfilment of the conditions stated in the quotation, which may include receipt of an agreed advance payment and confirmation of all specifications, finishes and customisation details.

The four-week period is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Custom orders, larger quantities, material availability or circumstances outside ECOBOX's reasonable control may require additional production time.

8. Delivery

Delivery conditions and costs are specified individually according to the product, quantity and destination.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is not included in the product price displayed on the Website.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Any special requirements relating to site access, unloading, installation or handling should be communicated before the quotation is confirmed.

9. Custom and Personalised Products

Many ECOBOX products may be manufactured according to customer-selected dimensions, finishes, colours, configurations, branding or other individual specifications.

Where a product is made to the customer's specifications or is clearly personalised, statutory rights of withdrawal applicable to standard distance purchases may not apply, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

10. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Where the customer is a consumer and a sales contract is concluded at a distance, the customer may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within the period provided by applicable Bulgarian and European Union consumer law.

The statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from receipt of the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by law. EUR-Lex

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an applicable statutory exception exists, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. EUR-Lex

Where a right of withdrawal applies, ECOBOX will provide the customer with the relevant information and procedure required by law.

11. Legal Guarantee and Conformity

Consumers purchasing ECOBOX products are entitled to the statutory rights concerning conformity of goods provided under applicable Bulgarian and European Union consumer protection law.

For new consumer goods sold in the EU, consumers benefit from at least a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. European Union

ECOBOX does not provide an additional commercial warranty unless expressly stated in an individual quotation or other written document.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights.

12. Complaints and Non-Conformity

Customers should contact ECOBOX as soon as reasonably possible if a delivered product appears damaged, defective or inconsistent with the confirmed order.

The customer should provide sufficient information to identify the order and describe the issue, including photographs where appropriate.

Consumer claims will be handled in accordance with applicable Bulgarian and European Union law.

13. Business Customers

Where the customer is acting in the course of a business, trade or professional activity, consumer-specific statutory protections do not apply unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

For business customers, the accepted individual quotation, order confirmation or separately agreed contract may specify additional commercial terms.

14. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, product designs, logos, trademarks, technical drawings, images, videos and design concepts, is owned by ECOBOX, Audio Box Ltd., or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Certain ECOBOX products, technologies and design solutions may also be protected by intellectual property rights.

No Website content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published or used commercially without prior written permission.

Consumers may also use applicable consumer complaint and alternative dispute resolution procedures available under Bulgarian and European Union law.
