We believe the best place to experience great sound is your own home, with your own audio system and favourite music.

That's why ECOBOX offers a 30-Day Home Trial, giving you the freedom to experience our products in your own listening environment.

If ECOBOX isn't the right match for you, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligible Products

Our 30-Day Home Trial applies to the following standard products purchased directly from ECOBOX:

Loudspeakers

Slim 8
Pure 8
Signature 8

Electronics & Systems

Energizer 8
Nia 8 System
Red Haze Mono Blocks

The additional Home Trial does not apply to our Reference Series or individually customised products.

2. Trial Period

The trial period begins on the day your order is delivered.

You have 30 calendar days to experience your ECOBOX products and decide whether they are right for you.

If you wish to return your purchase, please notify us by email at ecoboxfidelity@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of delivery.

No explanation is required.

3. Product Condition

For returns under our additional voluntary Home Trial, requested after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, products must be returned:

In perfect cosmetic and working condition, without scratches, dents, damage or visible signs of use.
With all original accessories, cables, power supplies, mounting components and documentation, as applicable.
In their complete original packaging, including all internal protective materials.
Without modifications or alterations of any kind.

Careful home auditioning is permitted. We kindly ask you to handle the products with care and retain all packaging materials throughout the trial period.

For complete systems and product bundles, all original components must be returned together.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please email ecoboxfidelity@gmail.com with your order details.

We will provide the return address in Bulgaria and the necessary instructions.

For returns under the additional voluntary Home Trial, requested after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, products must be handed over to the return carrier within 4 calendar days of submitting the return request.

Please retain proof of dispatch and provide us with the shipment tracking details.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for selecting, arranging and paying for return transportation.

ECOBOX does not arrange or pay for return shipments, although we may recommend suitable courier services upon request.

We strongly recommend using a reliable, trackable and adequately insured shipping service.

Products must be securely packed in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transportation.

For returns under the additional voluntary Home Trial, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the products arrive safely and in the required condition.

6. Refunds

For eligible returns under our additional voluntary Home Trial, ECOBOX will refund 100% of the product purchase price, provided all return conditions are met.

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after the returned products have been received and successfully inspected.

Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are not refundable under this additional voluntary policy.

7. Statutory Consumer Rights

Our 30-Day Home Trial is an additional benefit and does not limit or replace your statutory consumer rights.

Under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, consumers making qualifying distance purchases have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason.

When exercising this statutory right, consumers have up to 14 days after notifying the seller to dispatch the goods. Refunds, including standard original delivery charges, are handled in accordance with applicable law.

The statutory right of withdrawal is not conditional on retaining the original packaging or keeping products unopened. Consumers may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain fully unaffected.
