Warranty Regulations

  • ECOBOX provides 2 years warranty, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover the freight back to ECOBOX.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects which includes spare parts and labor.

  • The warranty of any loudspeakers or passive audio equipment, produced by ECOBOX does does not cover flared speaker units, scratches/minor damage, wear and tear, misuse, incorrect connection, damage during transport, inadequate general maintenance, theft, fire, flood and other physical damages.

  • The warranty of any electronic devices, produced by ECOBOX does not cover damages caused by high or low mains voltage, scratches/minor damage, wear and tear, misuse, incorrect connection, damage during transport, inadequate general maintenance, theft, fire, flood and other physical or electronic damages.

  • The warranty expires if the product is opened, or it was made an attempt for opening by the user if attempts have been made for unauthorized repairs and/or modifications as well as for any other use of the product beyond its normal use

  • The warranty covers only with a warranty certificate, issued at the date of purchase.

 

Returns and exchanges

  • There is 15 days to cancel/return on products purchased at ECOBOX (refund or exchange for another product). The right of withdrawal begins from the date the products are received by costumer.

  • If you want to cancel your purchase, please notify us via mail or phone. In your message you must make clear statement that you want to use your right of withdrawal/exchange.

  • The products must be returned within 15 days after you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase.

  • To return a product, it must be in same condition as you received it in – complete, undamaged with all accessories and in original packaging. Any damage and defects, resulting on the loss of resale value, will be deducted. Тhe absence of any of the above makes the return of the product impossible

  • The funds will be returned to the customer within 30 days period after the acceptance report is made.

  • ECOBOX does not cover the return freight of the goods.
